The goods received from the port/airport are introduced directly into the bonded warehouse, that is, a warehouse that is authorized to store goods that come from countries outside the EU in duty and VAT holdover.

The goods undergone some processing (“general handling”) such as picking, assembly, packaging, groupage and degroupage.

The goods are extracted (also divided up) depending on the needs of the customer, regardless of when the goods were received in the warehouse and the conditions. The customer notifies us of the goods that they wish to withdraw and MGB provides for customs operations and distribution all over the country.

In the event of sales within countries outside the EU, the goods are shipped without any customs operations being carried out (import – export) and without duty and VAT being paid.

the “transport breaks” in the logistics chain are eliminated. MGB is the only agent that receives, handles and distributes goods, while carrying out all customs operations. This guarantees against theft, delays, misunderstandings and the coordination of several suppliers.

The need for capital is reduced (up to and over 30% of the purchase value) as customs duties are only paid when necessary.

When benefitting from the opportunity to sell products within the warehouse, full commercial confidentiality is guaranteed (previous commercial sales are not visible to the purchaser).
